San Juan Pioneer Biographies The San Juan pioneers faced hardships and challenges with courage, determination, and great faith. The primary intent of this website and the development of the Bluff Historic Site is to preserve and share their stories.  Please submit your biographical sketches, photos, and inspiring stories of anyone who came to Bluff or Montezuma Fort between 1879 and 1899. Indditional information/submittals for existing biographies are welcome.
